University of Perpetual Help System Cauayan (UPHSC) achieved yet another research breakthrough as Dr. Rhean Joy B. Acupido contributed her expertise to two of the early Scopus-indexed publications accepted through the Project COLLAB of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office II.

Project COLLAB (Collaborative Opportunities for Linkages, Learning, and Advanced Research Breakthroughs) is an initiative established by the June 2026 Project GIGIAMMUAN to enhance research productivity within Higher Education Institutions in Region II through mentoring, collaborative writing, manuscript production, and publishing activities.

In just a month since its launch, the program has yielded three research articles published in Scopus-listed journals, showing the effectiveness of structured mentoring and inter-institutional collaboration.

The achievement reflects UPHSC’s continuing commitment to research excellence and global scholarly engagement while highlighting the value of regional collaboration in advancing high-quality, internationally recognized research.
