The opening of the Pre-Elem. and Secondary courses at ISPA provides a smooth flow of learning and until permanently among students the values in ISPA Christian atmosphere. The school is being governed by the Board of Trustees whose member do not receive any compensation. As provided for in the herein constitution, all revenues and assets of the school used, actually, directly and exclusively for educational purpose are exempt from income tax pursuant to provision set forth by section 20 of National Revenue Code. The Department of Education require that 70% of the tuition fee be allotted for increase in salaries and benefits of employees and the 30% for school development. PHILOSOPHY

With our educational mission, the school shall embody in its curriculum officially approved and practiced policies of the Philippine Educational System, with the aim of contributing in the development of national consciousness in all fields of human endeavors; to strive utilize all the resources of the school, both human and materials to further government plans to promote political awareness, develop economic self-reliance, produce culturally matured citizens imbued with, and inspired by Christian principles of love, fellowship and service; and to afford students with effective instruction and quality education of true and lasting development.
