ICians Reflectors

‎The ICIans Reflector organized a comprehensive training program for aspiring journalists at Isabela Colleges. The event attracted numerous participants eager to develop their skills and gain valuable insights into the field of journalism. Through this training, attendees had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, learn essential reporting techniques, and prepare for a future in the industry. The program aimed to equip them with the necessary skills to become effective and responsible journalists, fostering a deeper understanding of media ethics, writing, and investigative reporting.

It was unforgettable celebration as we commemorated 77 years of passion, commitment and growth. From February 26 to 28, 2025, the IC family came together to reflect on how far we’ve come and the milestone we’ve achieved.

The laughter and memories captured in each frame made this anniversary a true testament to the strength and unity of our community.

𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬| 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐂𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐀 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠!

The opening of the Cauayan City Private Schools Athletic Association (CCPRISAA) Today (October 16) at the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna - Isabela Campus gymnasium brought together student-athletes from Isabela Colleges, Inc., showcasing their excitement and competitive spirit in a celebration of sports and community.

The CCPRISAA 2024 was officially opened, headed by the UPHS Sports Coordinator Mr. W***y Mamba and declared the event launched, setting the stage for three days of competitive competition from October 16 to 18.

The athletes were filled with joy when the program started, with the theme "PRISAA: Steadfast in Sustaining and Advancing Grassroots Sports Development for Excellence,”.

The UPHS SSLG President, Mary Joy Daray shared a warm welcome address following the yell of every school who will participate with this year’s CCPRISAA.

The Division Sports Officer Mr. Norman C. Tolentino shared a inspirational message as he said, “Champions are not made in the gym it is inside of a person who has the mind setting of an athlete.” this made the athletes more motivated as they walk through the paths of being the champions of the CCPRISAA.

The athletes of Isabela Colleges held their heads up as they proudly represent their school names and pride, they stood as a competitive and very mindful athletes.

Isabela Colleges, Inc. representative Neil Aldrin Andres, alongside athletes from various schools, led the lighting of the torch and took the Athlete's Oath of Amateurism, symbolizing unity and sportsmanship at the CCPRISAA opening ceremony.

The players of IC trained hard for this moments to come and are expecting to win medals for them to participate for the upcoming City Meet that will be held at BGD Sports Complex.

On the last day of Intramural , we celebrate the power of teamwork, determination, and the spirit of competition.

Intramural, where friendships are forged, skills are honed, and everyone gets a chance to shine! It's more than just a game; it's about building community, fostering teamwork, and creating unforgettable memories.

Final whistle blows on an incredible season of intramurals! From epic plays to lifelong friendships, every moment has been a testament to teamwork and community spirit. Cheers to all the athletes who brought their A-game and made this journey unforgettable! Until next year!

The intramurals season has once again come and passed. Unity transpired among ICians as they expressed support among to their perspective team.

Students and faculty show support for their teams athletes leading to the open ceremony, to officially kick off the Isabela Colleges, Inc. Intramural 2024 carrying the theme “Empowering ICians through excellence in sport”

The crowds roar become blaring as IC’s sports coordinator Mr. Epifanio M. Guzman, officially welcomed the students and faculty giving the event a proper launch. The buzz was further reinforced by the presence of Dr. Lupo M. Lacambra, the vice president for Academic who give truly inspiring speech. Then came the ceremonial lighting of the torch by distinguished athletes a PRISAA National Qualifier Denmark Matute and Melvelyn Islao.
