-Participants may join as individuals or in pairs.

2. Categories:
Poetry Writing: Original poems reflecting the theme of love (romantic, platonic, or self-love).
-English
-Filipino

3. Submission Guidelines:
-Participants must submit their original work, adhering to the Valentine’s theme.
-Poems should not exceed 20 lines and must be written in English or Filipino.

4. Registration and Submission:
-Register by completing the form provided by the event organizers.
-Submission of work shall be on the day of the competition and shall be passed to the facilitators of the English and Filipino Club.
-To be Performed on the day of the competition
-Deadline of submission 11:59 midnight

5. Judging Criteria:
Context - 25%
Grammar - 10%
Correct Use of Punctuation - 15%
Vocal Quality - 10%
Mastery - 10%
Audience Impact & Stage Presence - 20%
Relevance to the theme - 10%

6. Presentation:
-Shortlisted participants will present their works during the festival program on the given date.
-Each presentation will be limited to 4-5 minutes.

7. Awards and Recognition:
-Winners will be announced and awarded during the festival.
-Certificates of participation will be given to all entrants.

8. Originality Clause:
All entries must be original and not previously submitted to other competitions. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.

Isang bagong taon 📅 na naman ang ating sasalubungin, puno ng pag-asa at panibagong simula. 🔰💪 Sa pagsapit ng hatinggabi, habang ang mga paputok ay nag-aagawan sa ingay at liwanag, sana'y mapanatili natin ang init ng pagmamahalan at pagkakaisa. 🏮☃️

Hayaan nating ang nakaraang taon ay maging aral at gabay tungo sa mas magandang kinabukasan. 🚪💡 Iwanan natin ang mga sakit at pagsubok, at yakapin ang mga bagong oportunidad na darating. 🌸 Maging matatag tayo sa gitna ng mga hamon, at huwag mawalan ng pag-asa sa kabutihan ng Diyos. 😇🎅

Sa taong ito, nawa'y mapuno tayo ng kaligayahan, tagumpay, at pag-unlad.

Ang paggunita sa buhay at mga nagawa ni Dr. Jose Rizal ay hindi lamang pag-alala sa kanyang buhay kundi isang pagdiriwang din ng kaniyang mga nagawa para sa ating mahal na bansa. 🪶📜

Ngayon, ating binabalikan ang kanyang matatag na paninindigan sa edukasyon, kalayaan, at pagpapalakas ng ating bansa. Naniniwala si Dr. Rizal na ang kaalaman ang pundasyon ng isang malakas at malayang lipunan, at inialay niya ang kanyang buhay upang bigyang-liwanag ang kanyang kapwa Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mga isinulat at adbokasiya.✨

Nawa'y magbigay-inspirasyon sa atin ang kanyang pamana upang ipagpatuloy ang kanyang mga mithiin sa pamamagitan ng pagsusulong ng edukasyon, paghikayat sa malayang pag-iisip, at paglinang ng diwa ng pagiging responsableng mamamayan sa ating komunidad. Ang Pasko, 🌲 higit pa sa isang araw lamang, ay isang panahon ng pagmamahal, pag-asa, at pagkakaisa na bumabalot sa ating mga puso at tahanan. 🎅🏘️ Ito ay panahon ng paggunita sa mga biyaya, pagpapatawad sa mga nagawang kamalian, at isang pagkakataon upang magsimula muli nang may panibagong sigla at determinasyon. ☃️👼

Ang mga ilaw na nagsisilaw sa kalye, ang mga awiting Pasko na nagpapaligaya sa ating pandinig, ang mga dekorasyong nagpapaganda sa ating mga tahanan—lahat ng ito ay nag-aanyaya sa atin na maghanda para sa isang panahon ng pagdiriwang at pagmamahal. Nawa'y ang diwa ng Pasko ay manatili sa ating mga puso hindi lamang sa araw na ito, kundi sa buong taon.🎄❤️

Isang araw para gunitain ang pinakadakilang bayani ng Pilipinas na nagbuwis ng buhay para sa ating kalayaan. Siya ay ang ama ng Rebolusyong Pilipinas at Supremo ng Katipunan. Criteria for Judging

Originality (20%)
* The slogan must be entirely the contestant's original work.

Uniqueness (20%)
* The piece effectively conveys a clear and compelling message and delivery of apeal in audience.

Relevance (30%)
* The piece should be aligned with the given theme and overall delivery of purpose and idea

Creativity (15%)
* The contestant's idea and props are thoughtful and enhance the overall performance, reflecting the theme or adding a unique element.

Visual imagery (15%)
* The contestant commands the creativeness of work, creating a strong connection with the audience.
* The overall presentation is polished.

Guidelines and Mechanics for Slogan Making Contest:
1. Each participant must only submit one (1) entry
2. Participants will only be given 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish their work. There will be deduction of points for the late outputs.
3. Each participant should submit ONE entry only, either in Filipino or in English.
4. The following materials should be used by the participants during the contest:
• ½ white cartolina or bondpaper
• Marker
• Art materials
* Use of other necessary materials is allowed such as eraser, sharpener, and ruler.
5. The slogan should not exceed 15 words and must be relevant to the theme “Students in Action: Building Bridges to a Safer, Secure, and Sustainable Future”.
6. The slogan must be original. Borrowing or copying ideas from AI or the internet is not allowed. Participants with plagiarized entries will be automatically disqualified.
7. Participants must also avoid using languages that are offensive and inappropriate.
8. The participants must submit a picture with their outputs to avoid plagiarism and stolen outputs. The entries will be submitted through Google Drive.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng mga G**o, binibigyang-pugay natin ang mga dakilang bayani ng edukasyon. 🎉 Ang mga g**o ay may mahalagang papel sa paghubog ng kinabukasan ng ating mga kabataan. Sa bawat leksyon at aral na ibinabahagi nila, kanilang hinuhulma hindi lamang ang kaisipan, kundi pati na rin ang mga pangarap at adhikain ng kanilang mga estudyante. 🌟

Hindi matatawaran ang sakripisyo ng mga g**o sa araw-araw na pagsusumikap na magturo, magpaliwanag, at umalalay sa bawat mag-aaral. 📚 Sa kabila ng mga hamon ng panahon, mula sa tradisyonal na silid-aralan 🏫 hanggang sa makabagong teknolohiya, 💻 patuloy silang bumabangon, handang magsilbi at magbigay ng inspirasyon. 💡

Kaya naman ngayong Buwan ng mga G**o, taos-pusong pasasalamat ang ating ipinaaabot sa kanila. 💕 Patuloy natin silang ipagdiriwang at susuportahan sa kanilang mahalagang misyon.
