𝑪𝑰𝑨𝑴𝑪 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒂𝒓𝒎 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔
Farmers and agricultural stakeholders gathered during the recent Saka Day Program organized by Kubota Philippines, Inc. in partnership with Agri Component Corporation held on February 27, 2026 in Ramon, Isabela to explore opportunities in farm mechanization and agricultural services. One of the highlights of the event was a talk delivered by Mr. Jasper John A. Madriaga, LPT, Sales Admin of Central Isabela Agri Manufacturing Corporation (CIAMC), who shared insights on how farmers can expand their role in the agricultural sector by becoming agricultural service providers. Instead of relying solely on crop production, farmers can earn additional income by offering services such as land preparation, planting, and harvesting using modern farm machinery. Through its partner financial institution, which provides financing support to farmers who wish to become agricultural service providers. With this collaboration, eligible farmers can obtain financial assistance to acquire complete farm mechanization equipment, allowing them to establish or expand their farm service operations.

𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐂 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐀 𝐑𝐅𝐎 𝐈𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
CIAMC signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Agriculture Region II, led by Regional Executive Director Dr. Rose Mary G. Aquino together with RTD Kay S. Olivas, MPA, MABE, EnP., and Hector U. Tabbun, Chief of the Research Division, officially designating Central Isabela Agri Manufacturing Corporation as the exclusive manufacturer of the Zero Energy Cooling Chamber (ZECC), a sustainable postharvest technology aimed at reducing losses and improving produce preservation for Filipino farmers, represented by Mr. Jasper John A. Madriaga and Engr. Evegail M. Macadangdang. The agreement forms part of the Technology Promotion and Investment Forum (TechProve) 2026 held at Robinsons Tuguegarao, which gathered technology adopters and exhibitors from across Region II showcasing adapted agricultural technologies under the DA-ADEPTBI Program.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐂 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐃𝐀),𝐈𝐧𝐜.

Given their shared role as organizations composed of agricultural machinery providers, CIAMC seeks to become a member of AMMDA, a premier Philippine organization representing companies engaged in the manufacturing, importation, and distribution of agricultural machinery, to establish new and stronger networks with fellow industry players. This collaboration is expected to create opportunities that will benefit CIAMC’s current 10 accredited Isabela-based fabricators, particularly in terms of industry linkage, knowledge exchange, and market access.

CIAMC Central Isabela Agri Manufacturing Corporation attended AMMDA’s 2025 Performance Review and Election of the new Board of Directors held on January 23, 2026, at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City. CIAMC formally submitted its intent to join the organization in the latter months of 2025, marking its first official engagement with AMMDA.

During the meeting, AMMDA also discussed the newly adjusted membership fee and dues, which has been reduced from its previous rate to encourage more manufacturers, fabricators, assemblers, dealers, distributors, and importers (MFADDI) to join the organization. CIAMC is expected to be among the first upcoming members to avail of this revised membership fee.

The Central Isabela Agri Manufacturing Corporation (CIAMC) expanded its regional collaboration efforts through a benchmarking mission in Mindanao, engaging key leaders to explore partnership opportunities that support agricultural modernization and farmer empowerment.

During the visit, 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻 presented CIAMC’s mission, vision, and its flagship Village-Type Processing Center to 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗬. The discussions emphasized aligning CIAMC’s initiatives with regional development priorities, underscoring how community-based processing systems can uplift small farmers, strengthen local value chains, and drive sustainable agricultural innovation.

The engagement highlights CIAMC’s commitment to forging strong regional partnerships that advance inclusive agricultural progress and deliver meaningful impact to farming communities.
