Haguilanan High School Faculty and Staff Team Building 2026
๐ Panglao, Bohol | April 8, 2026
With the theme โBuilding a Culture of Unity and Collective Engagement for Effective Educational Service,โ this day wasnโt just about activities, it was about reconnecting, recharging, and reminding ourselves that behind every task we do in school is a team that stands together.
The activity began with a prayer, grounding everything in gratitude, followed by the welcome remarks of our School Principal, Sir Felimon Maglajos. Soon after, everyone was grouped for fun, teamwork-filled contests, and each team brought energy and creativity through their cheers. Laughter echoed as we competed, but more than winning, what stood out was the patience, cooperation, and genuine support we gave one another. Even Jomar and Kuya Tikoy joined in, proving that everyone truly belongs.
Win or lose, every group enjoyed the games and embraced the challenges. And of course, being true-blooded Pinoys, the karaoke session became a highlight, almost everyone, including Sir Maglajos, confidently took the mic with their โpangmalakasangโ song choices. The random dance challenge added even more fun, as pairs took turns dancing with the beautiful beach as their backdrop.
Beyond the activities, it was the simple moments that made the day special, sharing food, riding the waves, enjoying the jet ski photoshoot, and just being present with each other under the sun. These are the moments that quietly strengthen our bond.
Our heartfelt thanks to Hon. Mayor Benjie S. Oliva for the free use of the LGU Mobility Unit and driver, keeping everyone safe and comfortable. To Sir Felimon Maglajos for initiating this first-ever team building, it truly meant a lot. To all the committees who worked behind the scenes, and to every member of the faculty and staff, including our former COS Maโam Amythesa Evangelista, for showing up and participating wholeheartedly, thank you.
At the end of the day, we realized that unity isnโt built in big moments alone, but in shared laughter, small efforts, and genuine connections. And when we move as one, serving becomes not just a duty, but a shared purpose.
