𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟎𝟔, 𝐬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment, Cateel National Agricultural High School shall implement the following measures to strengthen campus safety, promote learner well-being, and maintain a focused learning environment.

1. Entrance Bag Inspection

To help ensure the safety of all members of the school community, routine bag inspections shall be conducted at the school entrance.

The inspection aims to prevent the entry of prohibited items, including but not limited to:

* Bladed weapons and other sharp objects;
* Illegal drugs and alcoholic beverages;
* Ci******es, v**e devices, and lighters; and
* Other materials that may endanger the safety and security of learners and school personnel.

All inspections shall be carried out by authorized personnel in a respectful manner and in the presence of the learner or owner of the bag, while upholding the dignity and rights of every individual.

2. Regulation on the Use of Mobile Phones

Consistent with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, learners are not allowed to use mobile phones and other portable electronic devices during instructional periods, except when authorized by the teacher for educational purposes or when necessary during emergencies.

Learners are encouraged to keep their devices secured and refrain from unnecessary use while inside the school to support a focused and respectful learning environment.

These measures are intended to:

* Maintain a safe and secure school environment;
* Promote discipline and responsible behavior;
* Minimize distractions during teaching and learning;
* Prevent bullying, cyberbullying, and other learner protection concerns; and
* Encourage meaningful classroom participation and positive interpersonal relationships.

The school administration respectfully seeks the full cooperation of parents, learners, teachers, and stakeholders in supporting these initiatives for the welfare of every learner.

128TH PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY 🇵🇭

Today, we proudly join the entire nation in celebrating the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence with the theme:

“Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.”

As we honor the courage, patriotism, and sacrifices of our heroes who fought for our freedom, let us also reflect on our shared responsibility to preserve and strengthen the liberty they have entrusted to us.

Our rich history reminds us that freedom was won through unity, resilience, and love of country. As we move forward, may we continue to build a brighter future for the next generation, one founded on good governance, active citizenship, and a deep commitment to the welfare of our communities.

On this meaningful occasion, I encourage every Cateeleño to draw inspiration from our past, embrace the opportunities of the present, and work together toward a progressive and prosperous future.
