🌍📢 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

Cateel Central Elementary School actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), promoting disaster preparedness and safety awareness among learners and personnel.

Students, teachers and staff demonstrated the proper Duck, Cover and Hold technique as part of earthquake safety procedures.

This activity reminds us of the importance of being prepared at all times. Through regular drills and continuous awareness, we strengthen our readiness and resilience in times of emergencies.

Let us continue to work together in building a safe and prepared school environment for everyone. 💙🏫

The School Head, Teachers and Master Teachers of Central Elementary School participated in the IPCRF Validation, with Education Program Supervisor, Jayson Muyalde, PhD, serving as the validator of the IPCRF. Together with Public Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Josephine Lestrado, they provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the process.

The activity strengthened professional growth and reinforced the continued commitment to quality education for our learners.

Executive Order no. 27 series of 2026 lifting the suspension of classes in all levels in Public and Private Schools and suspension of work in all government offices in the municipality effective June 9, 2026.

Accordingly, regular classes and normal government office operations shall resume on the said date.

The public is advised to remain updated through the official communication channels of the Municipality of Cateel for further announcements and advisories.

The first flag raising ceremony of the school year marks a meaningful beginning filled with hope, excitement and renewed commitment to learning. We are honored by the presence of Education Program Supervisor, Jayson Muyalde, PhD, as we warmly welcome our learners back to school.

As we gather once again for this important tradition, we look forward to a productive and meaningful year ahead.
