๐—œ๐—ก ๐—ฃ๐—›๐—ข๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฆ | The SSU Psychosocial Peer Support Organization (PPSO) held its General Orientation, Oath-Taking, and Committee Workshop for A.Y. 2026โ€“2027 today at the 3rd Floor of the Convention Center, Samar State University.

The activity focused on building camaraderie, inspiring members, and introducing the organization and its committees. Members also took their oath of commitment and participated in a committee workshop designed to help them better understand their respective roles, responsibilities, and contributions within PPSO.

The activity marked the beginning of a shared journey toward a stronger, more committed, and more connected peer support community.

Our society often normalizes stress, treating rest as a reward rather than a necessity. Beneath the noise of daily demands, many carry invisible burdens, learning to survive in silence while quietly longing for pause. Yet, in the stories of those who choose to slow down, seek help, and reclaim their peace, we are reminded that acknowledging stress is a vital step toward self-preservation and growth.

This ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก, let us move beyond simply enduring and begin understanding.
