Reaffirming their shared commitment to advancing educational opportunities and developing future public servants, Samar Colleges Inc. once again partnered with the Samar Police Provincial Office (SPPO) through the formal signing of a ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—บ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด (MOU) under ๐‘ท๐’“๐’๐’‹๐’†๐’„๐’• ๐‘ณ๐‘ถ๐‘ฝ๐‘ฌ (Law Enforcement Officers Volunteers for Education) during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on July 27, 2026.

The ceremony featured the presentation of scholarship beneficiaries, followed by the formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between ๐๐‚๐Ž๐‹ ๐€๐‘๐–๐šฐ๐ ๐Œ. ๐“๐€๐ƒ๐„๐Ž, Provincial Director of SPPO, and ๐ƒ๐‘. ๐๐„๐ƒ๐‘๐šฐ๐“๐Ž ๐†. ๐๐€๐ƒ๐šฐ๐‹๐‹๐€, Senior Vice President for Academic Programs of Samar Colleges Inc. The event also included messages from both institutions, reaffirming their shared commitment to strengthening educational partnerships and investing in the next generation of public servants.

The partnership establishes the SPPO Scholarship Program for Aspiring Future Police Officers, an initiative aimed at providing educational assistance while promoting academic excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to public service. More than financial support, the program reflects a shared investment in developing future public servants who embody integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving the community.
