Samar Colleges, Inc. participated in CHEDRO VIII's Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony and ASEAN Kick-Off Ceremony via ZOOM meeting today (Monday), August 10, 2026, with the theme, "Navigating our Future, Together", bringing the SC community together in celebration of ASEAN unity, cooperation, and shared aspirations.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) hosted SC’s virtual attendance in the event, providing SC faculty members and personnel an opportunity to engage in this meaningful celebration and to deepen their appreciation of ASEAN’s spirit of solidarity.

IN PHOTOS | August 6, 2026 — Faculty members from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) and College of Business and Management (CBM) of Samar Colleges, Inc. (SCI) embrace digital innovation in education through the SCI Courseware Training held at Elementary Department, Smart Room.

The faculty members participated in an orientation, courseware demonstrations, and workshop activity designed to enhance the integration of technology into teaching and learning. The training also introduced and reinforced key provisions of the SCI Courseware Policy, promoting the proper, consistent, and responsible use of the institution’s digital learning platform.

The training underscores SCI’s continuing commitment to advancing innovative, technology-enhanced, and learner-centered instruction.

Students are encouraged to complete the renewal of their library accounts and claim their library stickers within the given schedule to ensure uninterrupted access to the library's services and resources throughout the semester.
