Sometimes we make mistakes, choose the wrong path, or experience moments we wish we could change. But remember, every experience, even the difficult ones, helps us grow and learn. As the quote reminds us, โDonโt look back with regret, look forward with hope.โ
Looking back is not meant to trap us in regret, but to help us learn valuable lessons. What truly matters is how we move forward from those experiences. Each new week is a fresh opportunity to try again, to improve, and to believe that better days are ahead. ๐ค๏ธ
If you had a tough week before, thatโs okay. What matters is that you keep going. Take small steps, stay hopeful, and remember that your journey is still unfolding.
Your Guidance Office is always here to remind you:
You are capable.
You are growing.
And your future is full of possibilities. ๐
Have a hopeful and productive week ahead, everyone! ๐

As students, itโs easy to feel like weโre always lacking, kulang pa sa review, kulang sa effort, kulang sa achievements. There are days when you question yourself, especially when things donโt go as planned.
But today, take a moment to pause and remind yourself: you are already enough.
You may not have everything figured out yet, and thatโs okay. Growth takes time. Every small effort you make, studying, showing up to class, trying again after failing, that already counts.
๐ญ You have enough strength to keep going.
๐ญ You are doing enough, even on days you feel unproductive.
๐ญ And most importantly, you are enough just as you are.
If today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself. Rest when you need to, breathe, and trust your own pace. Hindi mo kailangang makipagkarera sa iba.

School life can get overwhelming: deadlines, exams, responsibilities, and the pressure to keep going. Sometimes we feel like we always have to be productive and strong. But hereโs your gentle reminder today: itโs okay to pause.
Self-care doesnโt always mean big plans or expensive breaks. Sometimes itโs simply:
โจ Taking a deep breath
โจ Stepping away from your phone or schoolwork for a while
โจ Talking to a friend who understands you
โจ Listening to music that calms your mind
โจ Giving yourself permission to rest
Remember, pausing is not the same as giving up. Taking time to rest helps your mind reset so you can come back stronger and clearer.
To all students who are trying their best every day, we see you, and youโre doing better than you think. ๐
Take a moment today and ask yourself:
โWhat small thing can I do today to take care of myself?โ

A new week means a new opportunity to start again. Sometimes school, responsibilities, and life can feel overwhelming. But today, letโs take a moment to pause and practice gratitude. Gratitude helps us focus not on what we lack, but on the blessings and progress we already have. ๐
Here are simple ways you can practice gratitude this week:
โจ Journal your gratitude โ Write down at least 3 things you are thankful for today. It can be as simple as having supportive friends, a teacher who believes in you, or the chance to learn something new.
๐ Make visual reminders โ Place small reminders where you can see them. A note on your notebook or phone that says โBe grateful for todayโ can help shift your mindset.
๐ธ Engage your senses โ Appreciate the little things around you: the fresh air, the laughter of your classmates, the quiet moments while studying.
๐ฃ Watch your language โ Try replacing โI have to do thisโ with โI get the chance to do this.โ Your words shape your mindset.
๐ Express yourself โ Say โthank you,โ show appreciation, and let people know when they help you. Gratitude shared is positivity multiplied.
Remember, success is not only about grades or achievements. It is also about learning to appreciate the journey, the lessons, and the people who help us grow along the way.
So this Monday, choose gratitude.
A grateful heart creates a positive mind, and a positive mind creates a brighter future. ๐

Dream, Discover, Decide: Building My Future โจ
Last February 28, the Grade 6 students experienced a meaningful and inspiring Career Day Activity with the theme โDream, Discover, Decide: Building My Future.โ This activity aimed to help our young learners begin exploring their dreams, understanding their interests and strengths, and realizing that the choices they make today can shape the future they aspire to build.
Career Day served as a valuable opportunity for the students to open their minds to different possibilities and professions that they may pursue one day. Through engaging discussions, guidance, and interactive activities, the students were encouraged to dream boldly, discover their unique potentials, and start deciding the path they want to take in the future. It was truly heartwarming to see their excitement, curiosity, and enthusiasm as they shared their aspirations and envisioned the lives they hope to achieve someday.
This meaningful event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Guidance and Counseling Services Department, in partnership with the Elementary Department, whose dedication and commitment to holistic student development continue to inspire and empower our learners. Their support ensured that the students were given a space where their dreams were heard, valued, and nurtured.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Atty. Darlene Marie Dacles, ARPO II from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) for generously sharing her time, knowledge, and inspiring words with our Grade 6 students.
May our Grade 6 students continue to believe in themselves, pursue their passions, and grow into individuals who will make a positive difference in the world.
