Teenage Pregnancy Prevention and Responsible Parenthood Symposium

Catbalogan National Comprehensive High School successfully hosted a Teenage Pregnancy Prevention and Responsible Parenthood Symposium, aiming to educate and empower students about making informed life choices. The event was led by Sir Ranny Cornelio C. Condrada, Assistant Police Community Relations(PCR), who delivered an insightful Keynote Speech emphasizing the importance of reproductive health education, responsible parenthood, and youth empowerment.

The symposium featured an informative presentation on Teenage Pregnancy Prevention and Responsible Parenthood, followed by an interactive discussion on peer influence, decision-making, and life planning, allowing students to actively engage and share their thoughts on these critical topics.

A special Commitment Signing was conducted, where participants pledged their support for youth empowerment and responsible decision-making in their personal and academic lives.

Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the SBM-WinS Officers, the Caregiving students, and the Technical Working Group (TWG) for their dedicated efforts in organizing this meaningful event. Special thanks to our School Principal Maam Ma. Pops P. Jaralbio for the unwavering support and to the Barangay Captain, Sir Ernesto Ariño Jr. and local officials for their invaluable contributions in reinforcing this advocacy.

To further amplify awareness, Informational, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were distributed among students, equipping them with essential knowledge to make informed choices about their health and future.

HIV and AIDS Awareness Symposium.💕

A successful HIV and AIDS Awareness Symposium was held, emphasizing the importance of education, prevention, and stigma reduction. This crucial initiative was led and organized by School Nurse Designate, Ma’am Sheena Mae Y. Condrada, who served as the Keynote Speaker, sharing valuable insights on HIV/AIDS prevention, early detection, and safe practices.

The program featured an interactive discussion on HIV and AIDS prevention, stigma reduction, and early detection, engaging students in meaningful conversations about the importance of responsible choices and health advocacy. The event concluded with a Commitment Signing for HIV Awareness and Prevention, reinforcing the collective pledge to spread awareness and eliminate misconceptions.

A heartfelt appreciation goes to the SBM-WinS Officers, the Caregiving students, and the Technical Working Group (TWG) for their unwavering dedication in ensuring the event's success. Drug Prevention Awareness Symposium.💕

A successful Drug Prevention Awareness Symposium was conducted, highlighting the importance of educating students on the dangers of substance abuse and promoting a drug-free community. This significant event was led and organized by SBM-WinS Adviser, Ma’am Sheena Mae Y. Condrada, whose dedication and leadership played a vital role in making this initiative possible.

The program featured a Keynote Speech on Drug Prevention and Awareness, delivered by Sir Ranny Cornelio C. Condrada as the Resource Speaker. Other key segments included a Presentation of the National Drug Education Program (NDEP), Discussions and Testimonies, and a Commitment Signing for a Drug-Free Community, reinforcing the importance of staying informed and making responsible choices.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of the SBM-WinS Officers, the Caregiving students, and the Technical Working Group (TWG), whose efforts ensured a well-organized and impactful symposium. Special appreciation is also extended to our School Principal, Ma’am Pops Jaralbio, for her unwavering support, and to the Brgy. Mental Health Awareness and Psychosocial Support Symposium.💕

A successful SBM-WinS Community Symposium was held at Brgy. Maulong, focusing on mental health awareness and advocacy. This impactful event was led and organized by SBM-WinS Adviser, Ma’am Sheena Mae Y. Condrada, whose dedication and leadership made this initiative possible.

The program featured a presentation on the DepEd Mental Health Program, and an Interactive Discussion on Coping Strategies and Mental Wellness, where Ma’am Sheena Mae Y. Condrada also served as the Resource Speaker. Participants actively engaged in a Psychological First Aid Workshop and a Commitment Signing for Mental Health Advocacy, reinforcing the importance of mental well-being in the community.

To further promote mental health awareness, Informational, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were distributed to participants, ensuring that vital knowledge and resources reached the community. These materials serve as valuable tools in fostering a culture of mental wellness and support.
