Target Beneficiaries:
TESDA Scholarship Programs seek to address the needs of prospective beneficiaries from industries, communities, and the Special Clients. Priority shall be given to special clients such as, but not limited to, the following:
SPECIAL CLIENTS: (PRIORITY)
- Farmers and fishermen
- Workers in the informal sectors
- Migrant workers
- Indigenous people (IP) and cultural communities (CC)
- Women
- Persons with disability (PWD)
- Persons deprived of liberty (PDL)
- Senior citizens (SC)
- Victims of calamities and disasters
- Out-of-school youths (OSY)
- Urban poor
- Solo parents and their children
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their dependents
- Drug surrenderers and their dependents
- Victims of human trafficking
- Wounded-in-action or killed-in-action AFP and PNP personnel and their dependents
- Returnees
- Decommissioned combatants
- Inmates and detainees and their dependents
- Micro entrepreneurs and their dependents
- Members of cooperatives
- Internally displaced population
- Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET)
- Underemployed
Other related or similarly situated clients
- Workers, especially in MSMEs, in need of Upskilling and Retooling;
- Marginalized individuals; and
- Senior High School
ELIGIBILITY OF BENEFICIARIES:
- Filipino Citizen;
- At least 18 years of age at the time that the individual would finish the training program;
- Unemployed or Underemployed

Good morning! For all interested SCHOLAR applicants, you can now submit your requirements at school. We are located at Purok 3 Mabini Street Brgy. Guinsorongan, Catbalogan City infront of SMAW. 1st come 1st serve basis only. We are open until 5pm. We will entertain applicants until tomorrow 5pm.
