Important notice:

For your output submissions, please provide me the following details:
1. Learning Packet (LP) #
2. Platform where the output was submitted (email/messenger/kiosk)
3. Date and time submitted.

If ever you are not yet done with all you activities, nothing to worry. I will still accept late submissions until the end of the following month. However, make sure to study all the topics provided in your LPs so you can answer the questions in your exam.

This is for the purpose of monitoring your progress. In this way, I can help you in any learning difficulty and give you chance to provide any alternative activity that will help you exhibit your learning.

Good day!

Please be informed that the schedule of your midterm examination will be on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. The test questionnaire (TQ) will be sent to you or must be accessed 20-30 minutes before 1:00PM on that day and answers must be sent to me on or before 6:00AM the following day.

The exam will be administered depending on the most accessible resources (platforms). It may be via FB messenger group chat, Google meet, Google Drive, or email. Please let me know by sending a message to our group chat.

Once I get all your responses, I will update you where you can access your TQ.

For your answers, it is stipulated in the TQ that you write your answer on a space provided before each number.

Now, you may simply send me a picture of your TQ with all the answers. You may also choose to type the answers and send it to my email or messenger or perhaps save it in your Google Drive and give me a link to access that file. It's up to you. Remember, we mind your available resources.
