Back in the 1800s 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 were restricted from the liberty of voting, education, and a voice to speak out for themselves.

As the Philippines experienced colonization, we've learned to adapt to the practices of how 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 are only supposed to be "𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙬𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨" and "𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨” as our ancestors believed.

𝐻𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟, 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑑....

With the movement of 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯's rights, the Filipino 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 gained their freedom to vote on September 17, 1973.

A promise that stays and proves that 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 are capable, resilient, and most of all—the foundation of society.

Hindi ako 𝑩𝑨𝑩𝑨𝑬 lang.
