In the celebration of Earth Day let's all take a piece of our time to take action in helping and improving Mother Earth in our small ways. It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little. Tomorrow, April 27, 2022, any bona fide students from Samar National School are encouraged to join the said event with various activities organized by the teachers and YES-O officers. 2 representatives per grade level are the only available slot to join the said contests. The deadline for the contests and activities is on April 29, 2022.

Mother nature has given us everything we needed to live a comfortable and tranquil life. We must pay back nature by taking actions that we can. We cannot do all the good things to help our mother nature but mother nature needs all the good things we can do. Happy Earth Day!

As the news on the NASA Scientist and Climate Activist, Peter Kalmus grows, various information continues to rise and here we are again, relying on that information without fact-checking.

This unbearable hypocrisy is a struggle for every individual. We post hashtags, and share posts about how to protect the environment yet, after a week or so, all the current issues will be forgotten.
We preach to change anything when we're not committing to change everything.

We should adopt these green practices, if you truly want to do your part in conserving the environment, here are some things that you have been doing wrong and how we could make a change by doing what is right.

The S&T Community-Based Farm (STCBF) on Sweet Potato Production implemented by Samar State University (SSU) and funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) was requested by the Youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) of Samar National School (SNS) on October 20 (21).
