The 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 – 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫, in collaboration with Samar State University and with the active assistance of the 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 – 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, successfully conducted the 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 (𝐁𝐋𝐒) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at the 𝐒𝐒𝐔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 with the theme, “𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞.” The said activity aimed to equip third-year students with essential life-saving knowledge and practical skills, including proper CPR ex*****on, first aid response, and disaster preparedness.

This initiative underscores the shared mission of fostering resilience, preparedness, and a safer university community through proactive health and safety education.
