๐๐๐น๐ ๐ฏ๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ โ Catbalogan National Comprehensive High School proudly celebrated ๐ก๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ with the theme, "๐ก๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป, ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป." ๐ฑ This celebration reminded every ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ต๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป that caring for our health and protecting our environment go hand in hand in building a stronger and healthier future.
๐ฅฃ As part of the celebration, our learners received ๐ถ๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ containing valuable nutrition facts and practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They also enjoyed a ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ, reminding everyone that proper nourishment is the foundation of a healthy body, a sound mind, and an active life.
