The search is on for our delegates to LEARNCON 2025 in Dumaguete! ✈

✅ Eligibility:

1. You must be a bona fide learner of any secondary school under SDO Catbalogan City.
2. You must be physically fit to travel and participate in all activities of the conference.

✅ Mechanics:

1. Pick an Advocacy – Choose one area close to your heart: Leadership, Health & Well-being, Gender & Social Inclusion, Climate Action, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Culture & Arts, Indigenous People’s Welfare, Agriculture, or Civic Engagement.

2. Create a 3-Minute Video – Tell us your story! Share your background as a learner leader, how your chosen advocacy resonates with your work, and why you deserve to be the next LearnCon Teen!
