You were always more than just a coordinator or a voice over the radio; you were the steady hand that kept us focused and the calm voice of reason in the middle of every chaotic event. Whether we were facing massive crowds, long hours under the sun, or unexpected challenges, your presence gave us the confidence to stand our ground and perform our duties with pride. You taught us that being a Marshall isn't just about wearing a uniformβitβs about discipline, patience, and having the integrity to protect those around us.
The impact youβve made on this team goes far beyond the logistics of the job. You were a mentor who saw our potential even when we didn't, a leader who never asked us to do something you weren't willing to do yourself, and a friend who always had our backs when things got tough.
