The JPMAP proudly presents this yearโs HRM awardees, whose achievements remind us that what truly shines in an award is not the medal or certificate itself, but the sacrifices made, the effort poured in when no one was watching, the commitment to never stop showing up for their goals, and the quiet excellence chosen every single day. Every name on this list stands as proof that dedication leaves a mark long before recognition arrives, and that effort, when never abandoned, will always find its light.
Congratulations to all awardees!

It gets harder before it gets easier. It feels heavy before it feels light. Every academic journey is marked by seasons of doubt, exhaustion, and quiet resilience that no one really sees. But for the seniors of the Human Resource Management Department, Batch 2026, those seasons were not wasted. They became the very ground where strength was built. Through pressure, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty, they chose to keep going when stopping would have been easier.
And yesterday, that journey moves toward its moment of recognition as they were honored, at ๐ฎ:๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐ on ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, during the ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ at the ๐จ๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐บ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐บ, not as the end of their struggles but as proof that every difficult step was worth taking.

They started with questions, they ended with answers. The 3rd Year HRM students have written, revised, and finally completed their final thesis defense. From late-night brainstorming to careful data gathering, from countless drafts to that final presentation, they gave their time, effort, and heart to every page. Along the way, they faced moments of uncertainty, times when they doubted themselves, and days when progress felt slow. But each chapter taught them patience, each revision taught them resilience, and every moment together reminded them of the power of teamwork and belief.
What began as an academic requirement became a journey of growth, made possible by the guidance of their adviser, the patience and insights of their panel, and the wisdom of their professors. Their critiques and encouragement turned challenges into lessons and shaped every page of this work.
Now, the 3rd Year HRM stands taller, not just because their thesis is finally defended, but because of who they have become through the process, and because of the mentors who walked with them. Congratulations, future HR professionals!
