The Committee on University Student Organizations and Activities (CUSOA), in consultation with Student Affairs Coordinators, has announced a revised schedule for the 2025 General Student Council elections, as approved by the University President on April 8, 2025. The changes are detailed in Resolution No. 01, 2025.

Key dates in the revised schedule include:

- April 21-25: Filing of Certificates of Candidacy (during office hours).

- April 28-30: Registrar's Evaluation of Grades.

- May 2: CUSOA/CCSOA Decision on Candidacies.

- May 5-6: Appeal/Replacement period. Appeals for USC candidates will be handled by the Office of Student Affairs; appeals for CSC candidates will be handled by their respective colleges.

- May 7: CUSOA/CCSOA Final Decision.

- May 7-13: Campaign Period.

- May 13 (am): Candidate's Orientation.

- May 13 (pm): Candidate's Forum.

- May 15: Election Day.

The university encourages all students to familiarize themselves with the revised schedule and participate actively in the election process.
