UEP-BSCD MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY WITH THE NATIONWIDE ANTI-CORRUPTION PROTEST September 21, 2025

The Bachelor of Science in Community Development stands firm in solidarity with all peoples organization, communities and individuals who continue to fight against corruption and injustices. As community development workers, we recognize that corruption weakens institutions, widens inequality, and silences the voices of the poor and marginalized. Injustices, in all their forms, erode the dignity and rights of people that community development seeks to protect and uphold.

We believe that genuine and sustainable development is only possible when participation, transparency, accountability, and social justice are practiced at every level of society. As we are guided by our commitment to people-centered development, we raise our voices to demand to stop corruption, promote good governance, fairness in systems, and respect for human rights.
