The Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (BAPoS) Program has officially released the tenth batch of successful applicants who passed the admission process.

You may now submit your admission requirements. Here are the details:

🗓️ Submission Date: August 24 - August 27, 2026
🕛 Submission Hours: 9:00-11:00 AM & 1:30-4:00 PM
📍 Where: CAC Faculty Room
Look for: Inst. Mark Theo P. Zeta or any designated document receiver

Kindly prepare and arrange the following documents in two (2) long brown envelopes:

* Envelope 1:
•Enclose original copies of all required documents except the PSA/NSO Birth Certificate.
•Label this envelope with:Surname, Given Name M.I
•Use a black pen and write in capital letters.

* Envelope 2:
•Download the form from the Admission Portal, print it, fill out all required information, and paste it on the envelope.
•Attach photocopies of all required documents.

Required Documents:

* Original copy of the UEP Entrance Examination Result
* Original copy of Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card) with complete Grade 11 and Grade 12 grades
* Original copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character
* Original copy of the Physical Examination Report, issued by a licensed government physician in your locality
* Photocopy of your PSA/NSO Birth Certificate or Local Birth Certificate
* Original copy of Transcript of Records (for transferee applicants)
* Original copy of Honorable Dismissal (for transferee applicants)
