🌟 School-Based Festival of Talents 2025
📅 December 4, 2025
Our Opening Program was made even more meaningful with the inspiring message of our ever-supportive GPTA President, Mrs. Roselda D. Bumagat. Her presence set the tone for a day filled with excitement, creativity, and remarkable talent from our young McKinley learners.
From academic competitions in Araling Panlipunan, Math, Science, English, and Filipino to the hands-on challenges of Technolympics, our learners shined with confidence and joy. 💡📚
In EPP/TLE, the children truly enjoyed showcasing their skills—
🍳 Cooking dishes using fresh and unique native vegetables found right here in Brgy. McKinley, such as puso ng saging, gabi, and ginataang saging. Using only kalan and uling, they cooked with teamwork, pride, and laughter.
🌱 Dish Gardening also brought out their creativity as each group carefully placed soil, arranged the plants they brought from home, and designed their gardens with enthusiasm.
🔌 In Extension (Electrical Wiring), the learners confidently demonstrated their skills, impressing everyone with their neat and functional outputs.
💻 Even in Invitation Card Making, students enjoyed designing their personalized sample birthday invitation using the laptop—showing not just skill, but imagination.
The day ended with smiles, camaraderie, and a sense of fulfillment—especially after they completed all their outputs. The teachers, who served as judges, also enjoyed the experience—most especially the delicious tasting of the learners’ cooked dishes! 😄👏
Indeed, it was a celebration of talent, creativity, and joyful learning.
✨ McKinley learners—always proud, always excellent.
