How to access/check student’s grade online?

1. Visit and click the link, ueplms.net/onlinegradesinquiry

2. To log in, provide your:
Username: (student number)
Password: (Birthdate format – mmddyyyy)

3. After logging in , you can/may also change your password. Just got to account settings.

For Department Chairs and faculty members, you can just relay the authenticated password of your students to the Office of the Director of Management and Information System (MIS). Updating of passwords will be done by the said office.

To our successful freshman applicants, who confirmed enrolment via text/call/e-mail, kindly ready your documentary requirements and submit them through our University-Municipal Link Officers (for students residing in Northern Samar) or via courier (for students outside Northern Samar). Deadline is on 26 August 2021. For more details, please read the attached infographic.

For CNAHS students, kindly coordinate with the Admissions Committee for BSN and BS RadTech for additional medical test-requisites.
