We are pleased to inform you that Tagboan ES will officially implement (Div. Memo No. 328, s. 2025) Phase 2 of the Literacy and Numeracy (LitNum) Catch-Up Sessions for School Year 2025-2026, starting this June 2025!

The goal of this program is to continuously strengthen our learners’ foundational literacy and numeracy skills through a structured and data-driven approach. Below is the implementation calendar for your information and support:

✅ June 13, 2025(PM)-Numeracy Pre-Test
✅ June 17-October 15, 2025-First Phase Implementation
✅ July 16, 2025-Multi-Factored Assessment Tool (MFAT)
✅ October 16, 2025-Mid-Year Assessment
✅ October 17-20, 2025-Uploading of Mid-Year Results
✅ October 21, 2025-Start of Second Phase Implementation
✅ February 20, 2026-Post-Test Administration
✅ February 21-27, 2026-Uploading of Post-Test Results
✅ April 27, 2026-Additional Interventions Based on Results
✅ May 4, 2026-Start of Literacy and Numeracy Summer Program
📍 Monthly (Every 3rd Friday)-Community of Practice (CoP) Sessions for Teachers

TARA, MAGBRIGADA ESKWELA NA!

Samahan ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa pagsasagawa ng 2025 Brigada Eskwela ngayong Hunyo 9-13, 2025.

Ngayong taon, kasabay ng paghahanda sa ating mga paaralan para sa pagbubukas ng bagong School Year, itutuon din natin ang pagsasagawa ng mga reading session bilang bahagi ng priyoridad na programa ng DepEd upang maiangat ang literacy sa bansa.

Ang Brigada Eskwela Nationwide Kick Off ay gaganapin sa pangunguna ng SDO Albay ng Region V. Tumutok sa official page, YouTube channel, at website ng DepEd Philippines para sa livestream ng programa.

On behalf of Tagboan Elementary School, I extend my deepest gratitude to Barangay Captain Dante Bareja and his family, brgy officials, the barangay tanods, utility personnel, and the entire Tagboan community for their unwavering support and assistance during the conduct of the 2025 National and Local Elections. Your help, especially in providing food and ensuring a safe and orderly environment, is truly appreciated.

Special thanks as well to PCpl. Luzviminda R. Aguilar, Ma’am Pat Jim D. Estropia, and their team for leading the convoy from our school to the Municipal COMELEC Office-your presence made a big difference.

To the dedicated Tagboan teachers who served as Electoral Boards and support staff-thank you for your professionalism and commitment. We also recognize and thank Ma’am Tin Bareja from BNHS for being part of the team.

Because of your collective efforts, we had a smooth, safe, and successful 2025 NLE. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat!

Your contributions—whether in time, effort, or resources—truly brought life to our celebration. This milestone would not have been as meaningful and beautiful without your helping hands and open hearts. You have once again shown the power of unity and community in uplifting the future of our learners.

At the same time, I offer my warmest congratulations to all our graduates and completers. You have worked hard, persevered, and reached an important chapter in your academic journey. We will be conducting the Division Literacy and Numeracy Catch-Up Sessions Phase 1: Post Assessment this Saturday, April 12, 2025.

📝 Participants:
✅ Learners identified as Emergent and Battling Readers
✅ Learners who scored 74% and below in the recent Numeracy Test

⏰ Assessment starts at 8:00 AM.
‼️ All participants are advised to arrive by 7:00 AM to avoid cramming and ensure a smooth flow of activities.

📄 Paper

🍽️ Snacks, lunch, and merienda will be provided for free.
