Hindi lahat ng marunong mag English, marunong magturo. Hindi lahat ng may degree, may classroom presence. Hindi lahat ng confident sa chika, kayang maghandle ng mga batang iba ang culture, ugali at learning style. Ang pagtuturo abroad ay art and strategy combined. Every single class, kailangan mong : kumonnect emotionally, mag-adjust sa learning levels, mag-manage ng classroom behavior, mag-communicate clearly kahit minsan may language barrier, mag-execute ng lesson na engaging at may impact. Kaya hindi ito para sa feeling qualified lang.

God will put you where He wants you... even if no one thinks you deserve the position. 🥰🥰 ☝🏼😇
