Work Immersion Deployment of ALS Learners

This week, our ALS learners begin their Work Immersion journey as they are deployed to different BLGUs and partner institutions across the DICADI area. Stepping into real work environments, they take on new experiences that will help shape their skills, confidence, and sense of responsibility.

This milestone is more than a requirement, it is an opportunity for growth, learning, and discovering what they are capable of beyond the classroom. We wish our learners a meaningful and productive immersion experience.

The Lual National High School conducted the Work Immersion Orientation cm Career Guidance and Coaching, giving students along with ALS learners a clearer view of what awaits them beyond the classroom and how to get there.

Through practical insights, career guidance, and timely motivation, ALS learners were oriented on workplace expectations, explored possible career pathways, and developed the skills and mindset needed to succeed in real-world work environments.

The ALS program remains committed to helping learners not just complete their education, but move forward with confidence, purpose, and work-ready skills.

Because learning may take different paths but the future remains the same goal.
