LOOK | CAES Celebrates Nutrition Month Through PE Activities and Games

August 30, 2026 — In celebration of Nutrition Month, CAES integrated the theme of healthy living into its Physical Education (PE) lesson through a series of fun and engaging games and physical activities.

The learners actively participated in various games designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, cooperation, and enjoyment while emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition. Through these activities, the students learned that eating nutritious food and staying physically active are both important in maintaining a healthy and strong body.

The celebration provided learners with an enjoyable way to appreciate the value of healthy eating and an active lifestyle. It also highlighted the importance of making healthy choices while keeping the body physically fit through regular exercise and play.

CAES Opens School Year 2026–2027 with First Flag Ceremony

June 8, 2026 — Casiguran Adventist Elementary School (CAES) officially opened School Year 2026–2027 with its first flag ceremony held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the school grounds.

The ceremony was attended by teachers, students, parents, and school personnel as they gathered to begin another academic year. During the program, Principal Joemar Navarro delivered his opening remarks, encouraging students to do their best in their studies and to uphold good values throughout the school year.

Principal Joemar Navarro also warmly welcomed all learners, especially the new and transferee students, who have chosen CAES as their school. He expressed his hopes for a productive, enjoyable, and successful year of learning for everyone.
