As the Division-Wide Digital Wellness Campaign “AKAP: Embrace of the Mind, Guidance, and Strength for the Youth” brought together student leaders from SSLG, BKD, YES-O and classroom presidents on March 5, 2026, in a shared commitment to mental health awareness in the digital age a goal was accomplished.
Guest speakers Miss Irah Faith D. Celino and Mr. Sam David Q. Andrada emphasized balance, mindfulness, and genuine connections. They reminded participants that awareness is the first step to healing, and that setting boundaries online is a strength. Practical strategies, taking breaks, seeking guidance, and engaging purposefully on social media were highlighted as ways to protect peace.
AKAP became more than a campaign. It was a safe space reminding everyone that behind every screen is a heart deserving care. The initiative inspires healthier digital habits, sincere support for one another, and leadership rooted in empathy both online and offline.
