𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗿𝘇𝗼𝗻

On the 7th day of November, we became participants of the Katatagan Caravan, a meaningful event that focused on understanding mental health and building resilience among adolescents.

With the leadership of Nurse Emman Cardenas, the event was successfully organized and carried out, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to learn and reflect.

Through the guidance of Nurse John Paul Cabasi, we learned valuable lessons about stress, emotions, and the importance of caring for our mental well-being. Some students also shared their own ways of coping with stress, which made the discussion even more inspiring and relatable.

After that, we had an activity where we wrote about our sources of strength, skills, and dreams for the future—reminding us that each of us has the power to rise above challenges and grow stronger.

Truly, resilience begins when we learn to take care of our minds and hearts. 💚
