The Cavite Provincial Scholarship Program is now accepting applications from September 21 to September 30, 2026.

📍 Application Venue: OSAS Office, Room 206
📅 Application Period: September 21–30, 2026
👥 Eligibility: Cavite residents only

📌 Basic Requirements
1. Applicant's Personal Letter addressed to 𝗚𝗼𝘃. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 "𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗴" 𝗗. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮
2. Application Form – available at the OSAS Office
3. Photocopy of Official Registration Form (COR) – 1st Semester AY 2026–2027 (with Registrar's Signature)
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Grades – 2nd Semester AY 2025–2026/ For 1st-year students: Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card, back-to-back, may be submitted in lieu of the Certificate of Grades.
5. Original Barangay Clearance/ Indigency
- for Educational Assistance/Scholarship purpose
- Signed by Punong Barangay
- Dry Seal Required (with student signature if applicable)
6. Photocopy of School ID (validated for the current semester) or valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures (Voter's Certificate and NBI/Police Clearance Not Allowed) for 1st year Grade 12 ID.

⚠️ Important Reminders

✔ Arrange documents according to the prescribed list of requirements.
✔ Use black ballpen only when filling out forms.
✔ Make sure all required information and signatures are complete.
✔ Photocopy of ID (Not Expired) with 3 specimen
✔ Barangay Clearance must be for Educational Assistance/Scholarship purpose. (Not expired)
✔ Write your complete name, including suffix (e.g., Jr.), on all requirements.
✔ Preferably A4 size of documents, if not, please fold it same to A4 size.
✔ Avoid erasures.

Walang pasok ngayong Sabado, August 29, 2026!

Dahil sa masamang lagay ng panahon dulot ng Low Pressure Area (LPA) at Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), suspendido ang face-to-face classes para sa Open High School, Senior High School at College students sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Cavite.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Mandatory Wearing of Prescribed Uniforms

All CvSU students are reminded to observe the mandatory wearing of prescribed uniforms and appropriate campus attire.

Old & Returning Students: September 1, 2026
New Students & Transferees: October 5, 2026

Please be guided accordingly and ensure compliance with the prescribed attire guidelines.
