Carmona National High School YES-O’s commitment to environmental stewardship through sustained planting, rehabilitation, and care of school gardens is continued. Anchored on collective action, this initiative transforms simple green spaces into living classrooms—where 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨.

Throughout the 3rd quarter, participating sections were evaluated based on plant health, garden design and creativity, and overall maintenance. These criteria ensure that Project Sprout goes beyond aesthetics, emphasizing consistency, accountability, and long-term environmental impact rather than one-time compliance. Congratulations to top sections:

🎖 1st - Narra
🎖 2nd - Acacia
🎖 3rd - Science Class
🎖 4th - Apitong
🎖 5th - Banaba

In the spirit of transparency, the official tabulation of scores and rankings is openly shared to recognize genuine effort and inspire continuous improvement. We extend our sincere gratitude to Sir Berlin F. Durumpili for his time, expertise, and fair judgment throughout the evaluation process. Project Sprout is not merely a competition—it is a shared responsibility toward building an 𝙤𝙗𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙗𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. 🌱

With this spirit in our hearts, the Science Department, together with YES-O, GEARS, and the Science Club, proudly carries out 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 2025: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬—an initiative that blends compassion with the curiosity and passion that define our scientific community.

Through this project, we go beyond equations and experiments; we step into real lives, real needs, and real stories. We remember that science is not only about understanding the world—it’s also about improving it.

As we share these gifts, may we also share hope. As we give our time, may we also give encouragement. And as we walk into this season, may we be reminded that service is the most beautiful expression of learning.

Last August 19, YES-O once again came together for Quarterly Clean-up Drive to demonstrate responsibility and unity for the school’s environment. Every trash collected and every sweep reflected the shared commitment to a cleaner and safer surroundings. 🧹🗑️

The activity wasn’t just about cleaning — it was nurturing the teamwork and discipline to work effectively. The small actions, when done together, creates a big impact. ✨
