NATIONAL AUTISM CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK 2023 | January 15-21, 2023

They are different, not less.

The third week of January is National Autism Awareness Week, a time to increase understanding of this lifelong neurological condition by disseminating important facts about it and to reiterate our commitment to including those who are autistic. The Proclamation No. 711, which was proclaimed on January 4, 1996 by then-President Fidel Ramos, supports this annual celebration, which is held in response to the rising numbers of Filipinos being diagnosed with this ailment.
