Carmen Taekwondo Academy We strive to provide the highest level of Taekwondo Training. Our goal is to build strong athletes who maintain fight spirit, speed, power and respect.

CTA is led by Master Martynas Karys, International Taekwondo Master and a 5th degree Black Belt holder (Kukkiwon and World Taekwondo Federation) with more than 20 years experience in various Martial Arts and 18 Years experience in Taekwondo.

✅ Arrive ON TIME at your assigned reporting time.
✅ Wear your SHIFT or KIX brand WHITE uniform during the exam. (The training uniform that came with enrollment is not allowed.)
✅ Yellow belts and up: bring your complete PTA-approved sparring gear (Shift or Kix) — you will also be sparring during the exam.
