First District Executive Conference

The District of Carmen proudly brings together school leaders and non teaching personnel for public and private schools for a meaningful Executive Conference focused on strengthening leadership, collaboration, and excellence in education.

This gathering serves as a platform to align goals, share best practices, and empower our educators in delivering quality and inclusive education for every learner.

📋 District Ranking Committees are now validating teacher transfer applications for SY 2026-2027 per DO 22 s. 2013.

A successful Monthly Federated PTA Meeting of Carmen District was held at Dawis Norte Elementary School!

Led by our dedicated Carmen District Supervisor, Mr. Glicerio L. Camongay, together with our District PTA Focal Person, Mr. Frederic C. Buot, and Mrs. Monica D. Laurente, the gathering highlighted the strong partnership between schools and the community.

Our heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Nena T. Prosia, Principal I of Dawis Norte Elementary School, for the warm welcome and gracious hosting. Special thanks as well to Mrs. Erma Mabesa, FPTA President, for her leadership in guiding the officers.

To all teachers, parents, and PTA officers who attended—thank you for your active participation and support. Your commitment made this meeting truly meaningful and successful!
