STATEMENT ON FAIRNESS AND DUE PROCESS

As members of the Ezra Mission Academy of the Philippines community, we believe in truth, justice, and due process.

At this time, we respectfully appeal to the public to avoid making assumptions regarding the personal involvement or liability of any individual in the case presently being faced by the school unless such involvement is established by competent authorities and supported by evidence.

The Constitution and the principles of justice require that responsibility be determined through proper legal processes, not through speculation or public opinion. Every person is entitled to fairness and the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

We encourage everyone to focus on verified facts, respect the legal process, and refrain from spreading unverified allegations that may unfairly harm individuals and their families.
