The Student Body Organization successfully conducted its Year-End Assessment last April 7, 2026, at RaidFuel, Carmen, Agusan del Norte.
The year-end assessment highlighted the presentation of the Accomplishment Report and Liquidation Report, reflecting the organizationโs transparency, accountability, and the milestones achieved throughout the academic year. It also featured a Workshop on Effective Leadership, where officers were equipped with essential skills in communication, decision-making, and team management.
A key part of the activity was the proposal and discussion of the 3-Year Developmental Plan, which aims to strengthen the organizationโs direction, sustainability, and long-term impact on the student body. The event also included the Turnover Ceremony, symbolizing a smooth transition of responsibilities and the continuation of service-driven leadership.
To foster unity and collaboration, a Team Building activity was conducted, allowing officers to strengthen their bond, trust, and teamworkโvalues essential in carrying out their roles effectively.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Toyco family for generously hosting the venue and for their warm accommodation. Our sincere thanks also go to our resource speaker, Ms. Gratz Obsioma, for sharing her valuable knowledge and inspiring the officers to lead with purpose and integrity. We also appreciate our host, Mr. John Ernest Dizor, for keeping the program engaging and dynamic.
Furthermore, we would like to commend all student leaders and participants for their active involvement, cooperation, and commitment throughout the activity.
We also congratulate our Executive Director, Sen. Pres. Jeshika Kanashiro, and Will S. Go for their exemplary leadership, dedication, and efforts in making this event a meaningful and successful culmination of the academic year.
Indeed, this Year-End Assessment served not only as a reflection of accomplishments but also as a stepping stone toward a stronger, more empowered Student Body Organization.
