Our Initial Baking Lesson has officially begun! 🍞🧁

Today, our students started their journey by learning the basic baking tools and equipment, understanding their proper uses, and why each one plays an important role in creating quality baked products.

In baking, every detail matters from the correct tool, the right measurement, and proper technique, to the most important part: the costing method. Understanding costing helps future bakers manage ingredients wisely, maintain quality, and run a successful baking business.

This is just the beginning, but we are proud to see our students learning the foundation of professional baking. With patience, practice, and attention to detail, they are one step closer to becoming skilled bakers.
