📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND LEARNERS

Good evening, everyone!

Due to the multiple disruptions in our regular classes and with the Term Examination approaching next week, we will be conducting online classes tomorrow to help ensure the continuity of learning and allow our teachers and learners to continue with the scheduled lessons.

📌 Mode of Learning: Online/Virtual Classes
📌 Platform: Google Meet
📌 Coverage: Preschool to Grade 10
📌 Meeting Link: The link will be sent by the respective subject teachers 5 minutes before the scheduled class.

📚 For Learners

Please be ready and participate actively in your scheduled online classes. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and are prepared with the necessary learning materials.

Activities and other requirements may be:

- Submitted through Google Classroom, following the instructions of your subject teacher; or
- Completed/submitted during the next face-to-face class, as instructed by the teacher.

We sincerely encourage your participation, understanding, and support in helping our learners attend their online classes and accomplish their learning tasks.

This temporary arrangement is intended to minimize further learning disruptions and help our learners prepare for the upcoming Term Examination next week.

To make up for the missed school day, make-up classes will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

📌 Make-Up Class Schedules:

In view of the suspension of classes on Friday, August 7, 2026, all students are encouraged to make productive use of their time at home by reviewing their lessons, reading their books, and completing any pending assignments or activities.

The school will ensure that any missed lessons or learning disruptions will be addressed during the Special End-of-Term Block.

The safety and well-being of our learners remain our highest priority.
