As we prepare for the upcoming enrollment period, please be reminded of the following important guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process:

1. Have your grades evaluated by your Program Head.
Request advice as well on the subjects you need to take.

2. Submit your clearance to the Office of the Registrar.
Ensure that all required signatures are complete.

3. During enrollment, carefully verify the subjects you are selecting.
Make sure that all subjects are complete, correct, and accurately encoded.

4. For concerns, please contact the appropriate office:
MIS: Issues in accessing the portal
Registrar: Accounts that are not yet activated
Program Head / Dean: Questions or concerns regarding class schedules

The Student Clearance Form will be available for distribution from October 27 to November 13, 2025!

This clearance is required for enrollment, so be sure to secure yours at the Office of the Registrar within the given dates.

1. Submit your accomplished clearance to the Office of the Registrar from December 9–15, 2025.
2. Follow the proper order of signatories indicated on the form.

πŸ“’ Announcement TO ALL CLASS PRESIDENTS

To ensure an organized signing process for the Certificates of Recognition (CORs):

βœ… Class Presidents will collect all CORs from their classmates and submit them to the Office of the Registrar for signing.

βœ… They will also be responsible for claiming the signed COR and distributing them back to their classmates.

This procedure is implemented to maintain order.

Steps for Adding/Changing/Dropping of subjects

1. Fill out the Adding/Dropping Form. You can get a copy from the Office of the Registrar or download it here:http://www.urs.edu.ph/PDF/Downloadable_forms/Dropping_adding_form.pdf

2. Complete all sections of the form. Do not leave any part blank.

3. Have the form signed by the concerned professor (the one teaching the subject).

4. Submit the signed form to the Office of the Registrar for assessment and checking.

5. Pay the corresponding fee at the Cashier.

6. Return to the Office of the Registrar to file and have the form approved by the Registrar.

To all new and continuing students, especially those who do not yet have a school ID, kindly download and print your Certificate of Registration (COR). The guard on duty will check this upon entering the campus premises for security purposes.

Please also double-check your COR to ensure that your subjects are correct and complete.
