Ocaña Central Elementary School emerged as Champion in the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2025 of Carcar City Division, marking a significant milestone for the school’s young journalists.

Our OCES Campus Journalists demonstrated remarkable determination as they strived to reach the peak of their potential in the event. These talented and brilliant young minds came not merely to participate, but to excel and leave their mark. Truly, they exemplified the spirit of our Press Conference theme: “Empowering Filipino Youth: Unleashing Potentials in Journalism and Creative Industries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”.

This achievement reflects months of disciplined training and unwavering commitment from both learners and coaches. More than the medals earned, the victory highlights the dedication, teamwork, and hard work that shaped the team’s success.
