In line with the announcement from the City Government of Carcar regarding the suspension of face-to-face classes tomorrow, Friday, December 5, 2025, please be informed that there will be NO CLASSES for all levels.

Your safety remains our priority. Let us all stay alert, follow official advisories, and take the necessary precautions as Tropical Depression Wilma affects our area.

As directed by Mayor Patrick Barcenas, face-to-face classes in all levels, both in public and private schools including colleges, are SUSPENDED tomorrow, Friday, December 5, 2025, due to Tropical Depression Wilma, which is expected to bring heavy to intense rains to Cebu.

Schools are encouraged to implement ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODES (ADM) of learning to ensure the continuous delivery of education despite the current situation.

The City Government of Carcar urges everyone to remain vigilant and stay tuned for official updates.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued by the Office of the President, and the advisory from the City Government of Carcar, please be informed that classes are suspended on November 10 and 11, 2025.

There will be no face-to-face classes during these dates. However, students are required to answer the teachers' off-class activities for Monday and Tuesday schedule.
Regular classes will resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Everyone is encouraged to remain alert, ensure safety at home, and stay updated through official government and school communication channels.

Good evening, Parents.
In compliance with the directive of the City Mayor, classes remain suspended. The Summative and Periodical Tests will be administered next week upon the resumption of classes.

In the meantime, students are expected to accomplish an activity in each subject on Thursday and Friday as preparation for the upcoming tests.

Dear Parents

The office of the mayor has announced suspension of classes until Friday, October 3,2025 due to the continuous aftershocks. In this regard,students are advised NOT to report to school. Regular classes will resume on Monday, October 6,2025.

Please be informed that there will be no classes today, October 1,2025 as advised by the City Mayor due to the recent 6.7 magnitude earthquake.
Everyone is encouraged to stay alert and prioritize safety at home.

Due to the 6.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Cebu early this evening, Mayor Patrick Barcenas instructed that all classes in public elementary and secondary schools as well as in Carcar City College are suspended tomorrow, October 1, 2025.

The private schools are encouraged to do the same.

Please have your engineers checked the school buildings to make sure that the buildings are safe for our learners to enter.

As for the City Hall, it is open at 8:00 AM to be checked by the engineering and CDRRMO. We will only allow employees and clients to enter after the inspection team has given their go signal that it is safe to enter the building.
