5 DANGEROUS WORDS😎

Wives speak a unique language called "Wifeish".
Here's a little peek in my very own "Wifeish-to English" Dictionary.

1. "Okay lang"
If I ask “How are you?” and she says, “Okay lang”, it means she’s very not Okay and I should think very hard what I've done to cause her to be not okay.

2. "Nothing"
If I ask, “Is there something wrong?” and she says “Nothing”, that means there’s “Something".
And that something is me forgetting to do what she told me not to do but did.

3. "Bahala Ka"
This is not permission.
This is a dare.
Here's the direct translation: "I dare you to do it and you will suffer and regret it for the rest of your human existence."

4. "Sigh"
Translation: "How can I be married to a seemingly intelligent man who speaks around the world, writes books, leads many organizations, but cannot even sense when he is taking his wife for granted?

5. "Ewan ko sayo."
This does not mean "I don't know but I guess you know."
This means "I know you have a brain but you're not using it right now and I don't know why I tolerate you!"

Kidding aside, the reason why I know the meaning of these words is because my wife explained them to me early on in our marriage.
Many many times.

The reason why we have an amazing marriage is because she never lets me guess.

She tells me when I hurt her.

And I appreciate her so much for this.❤️😊

Kung magretire ka ng 60yrs old at mabubuhay ka pa ng 15yrs. Magkano ang need mo para mabuhay? Magcompute tyo ng pagkain muna. Kunwari 50 pesos per meal nlang.

50pesos × 3 meal a day = 150pesos
150pesos × 365 days = 54,750( yearly)
54,750 × 15yrs = 821,250 pesos.

Handa kana ba? Sa tingin mo may ganyan ka ng halaga para magretire? Pagkain pa lang yan ng isang tao.
What if:
1. Dalawa kayong mag asawa
2. Magkasakit kayo
3. May emergency
4. Mas humaba pa ang buhay
5. Wala ng mabibili ang 50pesos

May mga option nman kayo.
1. Umasa sa mga anak
2. Magtrabaho pa din kahit 60yrs old pataas na.

There are always two sides to a coin! Here's one side that most seafarers feel at some point of time in their career. Have you ever felt so?

Seafarers spend most of their lives at sea - chasing ranks, earning a living for their families, leaving everything behind; often too late to realize that the ship of life has sailed when they look back.

Despite all these, seafarers swallow this hard pill and carry on with their lives, working relentlessly onboard ships to support the global supply chain.

Like it or not, that is the harsh reality of the merchant navy!

Money can't buy the TIME and MOMENTS you have missed.

Four reasons why planning for Retirement is very important.

1. SSS and Philhealth is not enough - it will not sustain your medical bills and you will need to downgrade your lifestyle if you will depend on your SSS pension alone.

2. Inflation - your P100 now will have a lesser value in the future.

3. Our kids are not our retirement fund - part of "Pagtanaw ng utang na loob" Culture. We need to break this dependency. Let us not be a burden to our kids in the future.

4. We live longer - imagine retiring at the age of 65 with NO INCOME, then living until the age of 80, that's 15years worth of expenses. 65 years old is too far to imagine, right? How about taking a vacation for a year with no salary?

In essence, we all need to prepare for our future. It's important to enjoy the present but it's equally important to save and invest for our future too. It starts with Financial Education.

FINANCIAL LITERACY is urgent for every Pinoy!

Many Filipinos are accustomed to getting loans for almost anything: birthdays, fiestas, pabinyag, school fees, new gadget, and even home appliance, etc

There is so much to life than just working, paying bills, getting a loan, paying mortgages, applying for reloans.

In IMG, we educate people on how to

“It is not about having a high salary. It is about knowing how to manage it.”
