And just like that, we’ve reached the final day of Linggo ng Kabataan!

The Capul Agro-Industrial High School SSLG Volunteers are truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful celebration. Thank you to our SKs for welcoming us, trusting us, and giving us the chance to serve alongside you.

More than the activities and experiences, we are taking home the knowledge, lessons, and insights shared throughout the occasion. Each message, discussion, and experience reminded us of what it truly means to be young leaders—willing to learn, serve, and make a difference in our own ways.

Of course, we can’t forget the fun! From helping out to laughing, learning, and making memories together, these two days were definitely worth remembering.

Thank you for the memories, the lessons, and the opportunity to serve. Linggo ng Kabataan may be over, but the lessons and inspiration we gained will continue with us.

And that’s a wrap for Day 1 of Linggo ng Kabataan!✨

A huge thank you to our amazing SKs for allowing the Capul Agro-Industrial High School SSLG Volunteers to be part of this meaningful occasion!🤗 Thank you as well for the delicious food and snacks that kept us energized throughout the day!

Most importantly, we are grateful for the insightful messages from our speakers about Leadership, guided by the theme “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations.” Truly, leadership may look different in every situation, but our goal remains the same, to serve, inspire, and make a difference.

Of course, being a volunteer isn’t all work! HAHAHA! We also enjoyed, laughed, learned, and made memories along the way all while doing our best to help.

Day 1 done, but the learning, service, and fun continue!

Held last August 20, 2026, this election was conducted smoothly and responsibly, led wholeheartedly by the SSLG Officers, under the dedicated guidance and supervision of our trusted SSLG Adviser, Ma’am Joycee Lou Bomitivo.

📌 Bringing Information Closer to Every Student!

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) proudly launched its Bulletin Board Enhancement Initiative by cleaning and restoring the official bulletin boards in the Science Building, HE Building, and VOAG Building of the JHS Department at Capul Agro-Industrial High School.

To ensure that every learner stays informed, official signage has also been installed, designating these boards as the school's official spaces for announcements, events, advisories, and important updates. This initiative reflects our commitment to promoting an organized, accessible, and reliable source of information for the entire school community.

Together, let us keep these bulletin boards meaningful by posting only authorized school announcements and checking them regularly for the latest updates.

Yesterday, July 19, 2026, the DFSSLG Officers of Northern Samar, together with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers from various schools across the Division of Northern Samar, gathered virtually through Zoom for an enriching learning session dedicated to empowering student leaders.

The session focused on vital topics such as bullying and its consequences, leadership, the significance of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), strategic planning, implementation techniques, and other essential matters that strengthen our ability to lead with purpose and serve with integrity.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our esteemed resource speakers, Sir Andrew Montejo and Sir Emmanuel Portajada, for sharing not only your knowledge and expertise but also your passion for developing young leaders. Your insights have reminded us that true leadership begins with compassion, accountability, and the courage to create positive change.

This learning experience is more than just another seminar—it is a reminder that every student leader has the power to make a lasting impact. As we return to our respective schools, we carry with us new ideas, renewed purpose, and a stronger commitment to building campuses where every learner feels safe, respected, and empowered.
