August 21, 2026. Capul Central II Elementary School proudly showcased the talents and determination of its young learners during the District Science, Technology and Mathematics Fair, earning multiple awards across different categories.

The school brought home four first-place finishes, three second-place awards, four third-place awards, and three fourth-place finishes, demonstrating the pupils’ strong performance in Science, Technology, Mathematics, and related academic competitions.

Four First Places
The school celebrated four champions:
📍Hanz Iam Matheuw C. Balawang – 1st Place, Science Spelling, Grade 2

📍Sky R. Evangelista – 1st Place, Environmental Quiz, Grade 3

📍Clouie Riz C. Cula – 1st Place, Technology Quiz, Grade 4

📍Empress Jade O. Ortego – 1st Place, Environmental Quiz, Grade 5

Three Second Places
Three pupils also secured second-place finishes:

📍Sophia M. Blasquillo – 2nd Place, Technology Quiz, Grade 6

📍Scarlet Gem B. Ombrog – 2nd Place, Environmental Quiz, Grade 6

📍Caleb Nathan B. Angolluan – 2nd Place, SciDama, Grade 3

The following pupils earned third-place honors:

Capul Central II also extended its congratulations to its other District Level Participants—Chariz Anne C. Cula, Jasper Ben C. Guardiano, and Jared Nathan M. Bulan—for representing the school with pride and determination.

School Head Mrs. Felinor M. Castillo expressed her appreciation to the parents and coaches whose dedication and support helped prepare the pupils for the competition.
She particularly thanked Ms. Jestine S. Cula, Mrs. Fritzie M. Magloyuan, Mrs. Gemma M. Gaco, Mr. Lito C. Bandal, Dr. Mat C. Banagbanag, Mr. Francis Dave A. Montopar, Mrs. Eunice C. Bayabay, and Ms. Angelica B. Cascaño for their hard work and commitment.

The achievements of the young scientists, mathematicians, and technology enthusiasts of Capul Central II prove that with hard work, guidance, teamwork, and determination, young learners can reach great heights.
