Some roles end, but the influence remains.

The former Vanguard officers were never defined by the positions they held, but by the responsibility they carried and the impact they created. Through every challenge faced and every decision made, they shaped a standard of leadership rooted in integrity, resilience, and purpose.

This milestone event provided CLA students with a rare and meaningful opportunity to witness first-hand the actual flow of local legislative proceedings, giving them a deeper understanding of governance, leadership, and public service.
