In partnership with the Department of Tourism Region III, the Events Management Classes of BS Tourism 3A and 3B and College of Hospitality Management successfully conducted a 2-Day Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training for our graduating BS Tourism Management and BS Hospitality Management students last April 6 and 8, 2026. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

This meaningful initiative highlights the core of Filipino hospitality, malasakit, warmth, and world-class service, preparing our future industry leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences both locally and globally.

Through interactive sessions, practical insights, and values-driven learning, participants were equipped to embody the true essence of the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence.
